EarthReplay is operated from the European Union and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we store

When you place an order we store: the email address you provide, the location coordinates and place name you select, the year range you choose, and the order itself (Stripe payment ID, status, timestamps). For gift orders we additionally store the recipient’s email and your gift message.

What we do not store

We do not store names, addresses, IP logs, or any analytics identifiers. We do not use third-party tracking. We do not sell or share your data with anyone other than the processors below.

Processors we use

Payments are handled by Stripe (Ireland / USA). Transactional email is sent via Resend (USA). Video files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (USA / EU). Satellite imagery is fetched from public USGS Landsat archives (no personal data is sent). We never share your email or location with anyone outside this list.

How long we keep things

Order records and the rendered video are kept for 24 months from delivery. After that we delete the row and the file from R2.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your order, your email, and your video at any time. Email hello@earthreplay.com with the subject line “delete my data” and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your in-progress order across page reloads. It expires when you close the tab. No third-party cookies are set.
